(“B&C”), headquartered in Hingham, MA, by its client, Top Notch Distributors, Inc. (“Top Notch”), a private company based in Honesdale, PA. The acquisition of B&C increases Top Notch’s revenue by over 25%, and provides the Company with an expanded product portfolio while growing its geographic territory.
