(“NCC”), headquartered in East Granby, CT, to Pneumafil Corporation, a subsidiary of Nederman Holding AB (STO:NMAN, “Nederman”), a publicly traded company based in Stockholm, Sweden. Belden Hill Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to NCC.

A second generation family business founded in 1933, NCC is a leading engineering and manufacturing firm involved in the design and supply of equipment and systems used for the handling, reclamation and recycling of bulk materials in the metal chip and ash handling industries.
